 The maximum accommodation capacity is for 22 people and free parking is provided within the unit.

 The configuration of the Villa is as follows:

 Ground floor, accommodation capacity 8 people:
 1 Apartment with 3 rooms equipped with double beds, TV, balcony and bathroom;
 1 King Deluxe room with double matrimonial bed, fireplace and private bathroom.

 1st floor, accommodation capacity for 8 people:
 2 double rooms, with matrimonial bed, TV, balcony and private bathroom;
 1 Apartment with 2 rooms equipped with double beds, TV, balcony and bathroom.

 Attic, accommodation capacity for 6 people:
 1 Apartment with 3 rooms equipped with double beds, TV, balcony and bathroom;

 As facilities we list the following:

 -swimming pool and deckchairs during the summer:
 - Gazebo with barbecue for dining;
 -very large yard for outdoor relaxation;
 - ping-pong table;
 - fully equipped common kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher and a generous refrigerator for personal food storage and preparation;
 - the dining and party room in the villa's cellar equipped with TV and audio system;

 We can be at your disposal for the organization of corporate and personal events.
 We can organize festive meals on request with a chef and special staff for serving the meals.
 We have prepared both meal and drink packages.
