Review: We have just returned from Cabanuta Mihaela. I spent a dream weekend there. We were pleasantly impressed by the surroundings, the landscape is a story. The cottage is exactly as shown in the pictures. On the ground floor there is a living room with dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Upstairs there are 2 separate bedrooms with a shared bathroom, and in the attic there are 2 bedrooms with an entrance from one to the other with a shared bathroom. Access to the attic is via an external staircase, it does not communicate with the rest of the cottage, but it did not bother us at all, on the contrary, those who wanted to sleep more there had more peace. Outside there is a gazebo with a dining area. Also in the gazebo there is a place for a barbecue, a kettle and a sink. There is parking at the property and a playground for children. The owners prepared for us, before we arrived, the place where we could make the campfire, if we wanted. I had peace and relaxation, exactly what I was looking for. On one of the days, I received from the owners a fresh homemade bread, a real delight. On the last day I spent at the cottage, I had an unforgettable experience. The owners, knowing that we have children in the group, thought of making a surprise for the children and took us by car up the mountain where we found the snow, so that the children could go sledding, have fun. They also brought the sledges. The dancers also prepared 2 traditional plates with appetizers, it was something to dream about. We didn't even think that there are such special people. The surprise they prepared for the children was at no extra cost, it was the pleasure of dancing. I wholeheartedly recommend the accommodation, we will definitely return. Hats off.

Review: As you turn right towards Horea, after a few km on the right there is a bifurcation towards Budaiesti. From here the paved road leads you uphill to the Mihaela and Stefan Cabins. On the right is the entrance (black metal gate), and on the left is a place where the plank is made. The positioning of the cabins is a dream. The offered panorama is wonderful and peaceful. We (5 ADT and 3 CHD) had the Mihaela cabin, with room for MD, well-equipped kitchen for preparing meals and fridge, service bathroom, 2 double rooms, bathroom on the first floor, and 2 other rooms in the attic with their own bathroom and balcony. In the yard there is a gazebo with a place to prepare the meal and also a place to play for children and a place for a campfire (must be discussed with the owner in advance). The presence of the owners is discreet and at the same time present. They made an exception for us (having 3 children aged 2, 5 and 8) and prepared dinner for us. Once again, we thank you in this way. The location is recommended for those who want to feel the place: peace, the beauty of the landscapes and the contemplation of nature (those who want to do what they do at home: loud music, noise, etc. - look elsewhere). A very good stay that I recommend and where we want to come back.
