I stayed in Luca's house, the smallest of the 3 houses of this pension. What I liked here: the exterior is like in stories, a classic Maramures house, made of wood, with a porch. The interior is very well finished, with quality materials everywhere: floor, wooden staircase, wardrobes, 2 bathrooms, beds. There is no lack of equipment you would like: 2 TVs (with over 50 Digi channels), hair dryer, filter coffee maker, wifi. Mr. Vasile (apparently boarding house administrator) and Mrs. Maria gave us help and advice when needed. The pension is located on a generous plot of land, about 3,000 square meters, a garden with hay and oaks, a little out of the way, offering a fairytale view of the area. It was a perfect place to recharge our batteries, the large space being more secluded than other guesthouses, offering a lot of privacy. It's a good place to read (there are several pavilions in the yard), to play ball, to listen to the crickets or to watch the swallows. We served breakfast in the village (10 minutes walk from Mrs. Aurica) and we were satisfied with the attention provided, the receptivity to the menu suggestions. It is a pension where I will definitely return when we return to Maramures, we had only pleasant surprises :) Thanks to the owners!

The neighbors are extraordinary (Vasile, Floare and Toader) and therefore you can have milk, eggs, cheese, ham and of course horinca (plum or apple) from their households. Everything was perfect ! We will definitely be back! Thank you to the owner for the initiative, attention to detail and good taste! Thanks also for the jar of blueberry jam from the pantry (production 2018) ??! PS We served dinner at Mrs. Aurica's when we were too lazy to cook.
