Near the chalet (about 10 minutes by car) are both ski slopes of the Baisorii Mountain resort (Buscat and Partia Veche).

Also, the Scarita Belioara Natural Reserve is nearby and can be reached by off-road vehicle (during summer).

We recommend taking walks through the area if you have the chance.
