We offer for rent a holiday home, in the mountains, in the traditional Apuseni Mountains, located just 50 km from the city of Cluj-Napoca, in the commune of Valea Ierii. It is intended for families or groups of up to 14 people (ideally 8-12 people).

** Fiberglass tub / jacuzzi with aeromassage and underwater RGB lights, swimming pool water filtration and cleaning system (water sanitation), arranged outside and covered in a spacious gazebo with a natural landscape in front of you.

All rentals are made through a contract where all the details and amounts appear, being a legal form and which gives you the security of renting and money. The house is rented in its entirety.

The house is arranged on three levels, with 5 bedrooms + 1 living room, 3 bathrooms (one distributed to each level), located on a plot of approximately 2000 sqm, which has parking spaces for cars and relaxation areas with various facilities. The surface of the house is 250 sqm, being organized as follows:

? Ground floor:

-over 80 sqm;

- 1 bathroom (equipped with toilet, sink and bathtub);

- 1 large room (which includes: a fireplace, Home Cinema System with Smart TV adjustable wall, a bed for 2 people + 2 sofas that can be extended);

? First floor:

-it is open space, the living room communicating widely with the kitchen;

-Living: has a fireplace, TV, sofa bed, two large tables;

-Kitchen: fully equipped, including: stove, oven, hood, 2 refrigerators, coffee makers, juicer, toaster, microwave, sandwich maker, mixer, crockery, pans and cooking pots;

-1 bathroom: toilet, sink, shower;

-1 balcony + 1 exit to the terrace arranged behind the house, which has a barbecue dedicated to the preparation of outdoor dishes;

-4 bedrooms (3 rooms with double bed and 1 room with 2 single beds)

Other facilities: Wi-fi, Home Cinema System, Smart TV, TV in each room and large diagonals in the living room and ground floor with Receivers or CI + HD separately for each TV, telephone signal in any network, hair dryer.
